• Phone Number: Required for authentication and verified via SMS code using Firebase Auth.
• Resume & Job Description: Provided by users to generate personalized interview questions.
• Payment Information: While we do not directly collect or store payment details, RevenueCat administers payments.

b. User-Generated Content

• Interview Responses: Collected as users answer AI-generated interview questions.
• AI Feedback: Feedback generated by OpenAI API based on user responses.

c. Device & Usage Data

• Microphone Access: Required to capture user responses. The app cannot function without microphone access.
• Timestamps & Metadata: We store timestamps related to updates on user data.
• App Usage Analytics: We collect data on user interactions within the app to improve performance and user experience.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To generate personalized interview questions and feedback using OpenAI API.
• To authenticate users via Firebase Auth.

• OpenAI API (for processing interview responses and generating feedback).
• Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, and Analytics) (for authentication, data storage, and app analytics).
• RevenueCat (for managing in-app purchases (auto-renewing subscriptions) and analytics related to subscriptions and payments).

5. Data Retention & Deletion

• Your data is stored securely in Firestore and retained as long as your account remains active.
• Payment and subscription data are managed by RevenueCat, subject to their retention policies.
• Users can delete their accounts directly from the app's homepage. If you experience any issues, please contact us at aakashg.apps@gmail.com. Upon receiving your request, we will delete your account and all associated data from our Firebase database. Once the deletion is complete, no personal information will be retained in our system. If your request has not been, please reach out again, and we will ensure it is completed as soon as possible.

6. Revoking Consent

• Disable microphone access (this will prevent app functionality).
• Cancel your subscription/payments via Apple ID settings (handled by RevenueCat).
